The group is not religious but allows you reflect on your own religious questions in a supportive and open way that promotes the experience of beauty and mystery that abides in ordinary, everyday life.
This one-day meditation workshop is tailored for beginners, there will be plenty of breaks and opportunities for discussion. You will learn simple techniques that draw from different traditions to calm your mind and open your heart. ❤
